Collecting feedback helps us to monitor the service you receive from our members and to improve our service to consumers. Collecting reviews also helps us monitor if our trades continue to meet our high membership standards and provides information for other people who are looking for a trade in a given area.
We encourage feedback as it helps us to monitor safety and standards as well as the recognition for the hard work that health professionals do.
To ensure that the reviews we receive are both genuine and fair, we may ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, signature (if submitting a paper form), postcode (or full address if using a paper form), and specific details about the work performed. This information will be used to verify the authenticity of your review and protect against fraudulent submissions. Your name will be displayed alongside your review when it is published on our website or in our directories, but you may request to have your review removed at any time. We utilize analytical word recognition software to ensure that reviews do not contain prohibited language. In the event that a member requests a copy of a review, we reserve the right to provide it.

Some services are provided with a secure contact number and secure email address.
When you make an enquiry using our secure telephone number or email address, Healthplug will make the connection and retain information relating to this contact. This may include saving the telephone number and email address that you used to contact the service, as well as the duration of the call.
