We’re changing how we work so that we can give you more choice in how you get your medicines.

Whether you’re under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn’t really moved on in the last 70 years, and we’re working to change that.

We’re developing a new model in our pharmacies which focuses on the things that matter most to our patients and customers. We’ve redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don’t have to wait for your medicines.

Even with improved collection services, we know that our customers have busy lives, and not everyone can fit a trip to the pharmacy into their day. Our prescription delivery service saves you having to find the time – simply request your prescription online and we’ll deliver your medicine to your door.
