Healthplug is 100% free for all health seekers. If you book online using Healthplug we will charge the health service a very small transaction fee.

Healhplug is a free healthcare directory and review site, aiming to seamlessly connect health seekers and health services together. In a constantly changing healthcare landscape Healthplug is your partner when accessing healthcare.

Healthplug offers 4 methods to booking healthcare. Firstly you can: request a call back from a service, book a service online using their booking link or alternatively you can just give them a call or email. We are currently building our own end to end booking system which will be launched in Winter 2023.

Healthcare as we know is going through it's own set of challenges, and healthcare services may not be as responsive as we'd like them to be. If you'd like to feedback this to the service you can do so using the review function. Just remember to select "No" when asked if you received a treatment.

Healthplug is not designed for a type of customer. It's designed for everyone. We're behind a mission: to make healthcare more accessible to the British Population.

Services with a tick have been through the vetting process and are Vetted members of Healthplug.

Healthplug has multiple membership types including "Approved" which is 100% free. This membership package is designed to provide you with a basic level of visibility.

If you are already on Healthplug you can claim your listing using the Claim Now Button. Alternatively if you'd prefer you can create a new listing and we will remove the existing listing.

If you'd like to be completely removed from Healthplug for whatever reason please either use the contact form or request deletion in your Portal area under "Listings".

If you'd like to upgrade your account you can do so from the Business Portal, login and head to my Listings, at the bottom you will find options to upgrade your membership.

If you'd like to downgrade your account you can do so from the Business Portal, login and head to my Listings, at the bottom you will find options to downgrade your membership.

Getting started with Healthplug doesn't take long. Fill out a quick form to get a price, and from there you can add your health service. This takes around 3-7 minutes. Our checks will then be completed within in 48 hours, usually 6. From there your live and customers can find you.

We may request further information from you if we find anomalies in our vetting process. This usually is because of discrepancies in our databases and the information you provide. Nevertheless once we hear back from you we will aim to adhere to completion within 48 hours.
